Site Visit
Have a healthy green lawn in the middle of the city! To make sure your backyard is suitable for sod we check the condition of the soil and take measurements. The amount of sunlight during the day can determine the type of sod that we source.
Materials
Our sod is sourced from outside the city, Long Island/ Connecticut and picked up the morning of installation to insure the freshest highest quality product. This helps with the installation and with the longevity of the sod. The most common types of grass are kentucky bluegrass, st augastine and bermuda grass.
Process
After the site visit we would clear the space and grade the land. Each sod installation includes a layer ( 2-3 inches) of fresh top soil to ensure the sod has can establish itself and thrive.
Warranty
All sod work is guaranteed with the instalation of irrigation system, this can insure the sod is properly watered.
